I would like to personally thank you for visiting our church through our web page.  It has been my privilege to pastor Good News Baptist Church for 28 years.  God has given us such a wonderful group of people.  Please take the time to learn more about our church through the information provided or listen to a sampling of messages that were recorded during regular services.  We will try to update the messages periodically.  It would be a great encouragement to us to hear from you.  We welcome your comments, suggestions, criticisms and prayer requests.  I would also like to invite you to visit with us at Good News.  We are located on Highway 19-23 South in Candler, North Carolina.  Take Exit #44 off I-40.  At the stop light at the end of the exit ramp turn right on 19-23 S.  The church is 4.5 miles out on the right hand side of the highway.  If you are in the area please come and worship with us.  Our prayer is that God will use this web site to bring honor and glory to Himself and to bring others to a closer relationship with Him through the Lord Jesus Christ.  If we can help you in this please let us know.
